The massage may begin seated, on the back or on the stomach as your issues dictate. The practitioner will move you around and adjust your position as required. Your job is to relax. Afterwards you may choose to discuss your experience or ask questions or you may want to integrate on your own. Sessions may be 60 or 90 minutes.

“I had a couple sessions of Thai massage, for a shoulder rotator cuff injury that was only getting worse. Jenna was gentle and kept checking in, and I never was strained or pained by the massage.
I felt immediate relief and mobility after my sessions, and am now continuing recovery with a specialist.
Thank you !”

“I found masseuse to be wonderful. She was very caring and made sure she knew about any pre-existing conditions I had. She explained how the massage would be and what to expect and I felt so much better and more limber when it was over.
I look forward to booking another session.
Thank you Ravens Breath.”
